• All admission and program fees must be paid as per the schedule shared by the school.
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund Policy

• Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• In special cases (such as relocation or medical reasons), refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the school management.
• Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Parents must inform the school in writing if they wish to withdraw their child’s admission.
• Cancellation requests will be reviewed as per school policies.

Program Changes

Grow Kids Preschool reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, or services when necessary. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
